Measures and register integrity
The integrity audit runs over the whole register each time it is read. A failing check is stated here rather than hidden.

- Time to locate a comparable prior decision: under sixty seconds.
- Every assembled answer carries at least three cited records.
- Every query, selection and export present in the audit log.
- Zero sentences in any answer that are not traceable to a quoted passage.
- Any record reachable by its resolution number, its circular number or its outward number in one query.
